I had a quick trip to the Okanagan over the weekend.
Saturday we went to the Vernon area for a short walk in the Kalamalka Lake Provincial Park.
All the plants are emerging into Spring. The sun is getting high enough to give the lake delicious colour.
I have been reading many articles on photo composition. Generally they suggest there should be a subject and a story to make a photo interesting.
I find natural beauty like this is all I need to make an image compelling to me.
